Building on the foundation of unarmed body training, the course introduces the sword — a traditional dance prop with rich cultural symbolism — allowing sword techniques and classical movement to merge naturally. It highlights the unique beauty of form, momentum and rhythm in sword dance, creating strong stage presence and dynamic visual impact. This content is also introduced in the Wellness Chinese Dance course.
