With many years of dance experience specializing in Chinese dance, she is passionate about expressing cultural beauty and emotional depth through movement. She has received multiple awards in Hong Kong open dance competitions and has performed on major stages such as the Hong Kong Coliseum and Hong Kong Cultural Centre.

Throughout her career, she has performed and participated in cultural exchange programs across Abu Dhabi, Romania, England and France. Now based in the UK, she has performed at the British Museum and other cultural events, continuing to share the artistry of Chinese dance.

Trained in both Modern Dance and Musical Theatre, she enjoys blending diverse dance styles to create emotionally engaging performances. She is a certified teacher of the Chinese Ethnic and Folk Dance Grading Examination, dedicated to bringing the elegance and spirit of Chinese dance to audiences around the world.

Holds the Chinese Dance Grading Certificate and the Qualified Teaching Certificate for the Chinese Ethnic and Folk Dance Grading Examination from the Beijing Dance Academy.

She has devoted many years to the art of Chinese dance, promoting and sharing its beauty through cultural exchange and stage performances in different regions, and has received multiple Gold Awards in dance competitions. Her practice focuses on classical water sleeves and sword dance, and she also has extensive training in ballet and modern dance.

She previously founded and managed a dance group in Hong Kong and continues to be involved in its artistic development and operations. She currently contributes as a training instructor and amateur dancer, using dance as a bridge to share the beauty and spirit of Chinese culture and aesthetics.

​Trained in Chinese dance since childhood with a solid dance foundation, she possesses extensive stage performance experience, with footprints across cultural venues in Hong Kong and the UK.

​She is equipped with an academic background in Arts and Cultural Management and Marketing, and has an eye for utilising digital media to promote culture. Having assisted various organisations with marketing and social media planning, she is committed to delivering the charm of various art forms to the public in an accessible way.

​In her personal artistic practice, she actively explores diversified movement languages beyond Chinese dance, ranging from international and contemporary dance forms to Dance Movement Therapy. This ongoing learning continually nourishes her personal dance craft, and brings multidimensional insights and creativity to the troupe's activities.
