These wellness classes support both physical and mental well-being through mindful movement, breath awareness and relaxation practices. They help improve body awareness, posture, mobility and inner balance, while releasing tension and supporting overall health. Suitable for all levels, especially for those seeking gentle conditioning, stress relief and a more balanced state of body and mind.
